Terms of Service

These terms are subject to change or revision. If you continue to use the avatar after any changes are made, you are deemed to agree to the changed or revised terms. By purchasing or using the Kinu (Kemono Canine Avatar) from Mirror Wish, you agree to these terms.

License You receive a single-entity, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access a copy of the Product for the duration of your license. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you.
What You CAN Do
  • Edit the Product for your own personal projects.
  • Use the Product in streams, videos, and promotional content related to content creation.
  • Create commissions using the Product, provided both parties have legally purchased the item and hold a valid license.
  • Sell and distribute assets created from the Product, as long as you do not include any of the original core Product files.
  • Create VRChat public avatars, provided the files are not made extractable or downloadable by others.
What You CANNOT Do (Strictly Prohibited)
  • Redistribute, share, sell, leak, or provide access to the original Product files in any way.
  • Upload the original files to public platforms, repositories, or applications where they may be accessed or downloaded by others.
  • Claim authorship of the Product.
  • Remove creator credits embedded in the model/assets within VRChat avatars.
  • Create and distribute kitbashes that contain original Product files.
  • Use the Product for illegal activities, harassment, hate speech, violence, or unlawful conduct.
  • Use the Product for AI generation, NFTs, or crypto projects.
  • Use the Product for commercial merchandise, paid digital products, or paid services without prior written permission from Mirror Wish. (Note: Use in personal promotional campaigns is permitted under the standard license.)
  • Provide the Product to any person who has not legally purchased a license.
Commercial Use All commercial merchandise or paid service usage requires prior written consent from Wishdream, or Mirror Wish. For commercial inquiries, please contact: [email protected]
Breach & Termination Violation of these Terms will result in immediate license termination and no refund. You must delete all copies upon termination.
Intellectual Property The Product is the exclusive copyrighted property of Mirror Wish. The Kinu (Kemono Canine Avatar) model, name, and brand are the exclusive copyrighted property of Mirror Wish. All intellectual property rights in and to the Product remain solely with Mirror Wish.
